Our Companies

Pennoni Associates has two companies that are affiliated with or subsidiaries of the firm. Each of these companies was the result of an acquisition that has helped Pennoni to better service our clients with additional services and geographic locations.

Pennoni Engineering and Surveying of New York (PESNY) is our New York affiliate, and was born from Pennoni’s acquisition of Meyer, Strong and Jones, P.C., a 100-year old firm operating in New York City.

Patton Harris Rust & Associates (PHR+A), a Pennoni Company, is a wholly owned subsidiary that formed when Pennoni Associates acquired PHR+A, a 60-year old firm with locations in Maryland and Virginia.
